Agricultural District Viewer

This map viewer shows the boundaries of the County’s Agricultural District (21) as of the most recent annual inclusion (July 2024).

Every year between April 15th and May 14th the Dutchess County Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board (AFPB) accepts applications from landowners who wish to enroll their Parcel(s) into Agricultural District (21) as part of the annual inclusion process. Landowners whose parcels are already included in the County’s Agricultural District are not required to re-apply. You will not be able to apply for inclusion in an Agricultural District.

Instructions:

  • Click and drag to pan the map. Use your mouse wheel or the +/- buttons in the upper right corner of the map to adjust the zoom level.
  • To search for a specific location, type a street address or parcel lot number in the search bar in the upper right corner of the map. Potential matches will populate below the search bar as you type. Select a location from the list and the map will center on that location.
  • To select a parcel for inclusion, zoom in so that you can select the parcel with your mouse, and then click on the Apply for Ag. District Inclusion button in the upper right corner of the screen.

  • To search for a specific location, type a street address or parcel lot number in the search bar in the upper right corner of the map. Potential matches will populate below the search bar as you type. Select a location from the list and the map will center on that location.
  • To select a parcel for inclusion, zoom in so and select a parcel by tapping on it. Then tap the Apply for Ag. District Inclusion button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Note: Tax parcel boundary changes that may have occurred since the 2023 8-Year Certification Process are not reflected on this viewer
